1. Regularly check the wear of the shaft sleeve, and replace it in time after the wear is large. 2. When it takes a long time to work, the water temperature in the water tank will rise, which will affect the vacuum degree. 3. If the vacuum degree does not go up, first judge whether it is leaked by the pumping container or the leather pipe is loose. If it is a pump problem, check whether the water inlet or each air circuit is blocked or loose, and whether there is air leakage. If the motor of the circulating water vacuum pump does not rotate, check the power supply or fuse

4. Generally, the vacuum pump should be overhauled after 2000h of operation, check the aging degree of rubber seals, check whether the exhaust valve disc is cracked, and clean up the dirt deposited on the valve disc and exhaust valve seat. Clean the parts in the whole vacuum pump cavity, such as rotors, rotating blades, springs, etc. It is usually washed with gasoline and dried. After cleaning the rubber parts, dry them with a dry cloth. When cleaning and assembling, handle with care to avoid bumping. Clean the pipe if possible to ensure that the pipeline is unblocked. 5. Because a certain amount of volatile substances will be left in the vacuum pump during cleaning, it can be put into normal operation after normal operation. Add bearing lubricating oil into the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil standard, and replace or supplement the lubricating nano friction and wear test oil in time. 8. Turn the vacuum pump by hand to see if the vacuum pump is flexible. Jog the motor to see if the motor turns correctly. Start the motor. When the vacuum pump operates normally, turn on the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump. After it shows appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load at the same time. Try to control the flow and head of the circulating water vacuum pump on the label, and then provide a more comprehensive performance better than ABS in most cases within the specified range, so as to ensure that the vacuum pump operates at the highest efficiency point, so as to obtain the maximum energy-saving effect. During the operation of the vacuum pump, the bearing temperature shall not exceed the ambient temperature by 35 ℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃

9. Some corrosive gases can cause the water quality in the water tank to deteriorate, produce bubbles, and affect the vacuum degree. Therefore, attention should be paid to continuous circulation and water change. For special highly corrosive gases, carefully judge whether they react with the materials used in this equipment, and use them carefully

10. Check the oil level frequently. If it does not meet the requirements, adjust it to meet the requirements. When the vacuum pump is running, the oil level shall be subject to the center of the oil standard. Check the oil quality frequently. If the oil is deteriorated, replace it with new oil in time to ensure that the vacuum pump works normally

11. If abnormal sound is found in the multi-purpose vacuum pump of circulating water, stop immediately to check the cause. When the vacuum pump is to be stopped, close the gate valve and pressure gauge first, and then stop the motor. Within the first month of operation, the lubricating oil of the vacuum pump shall be changed after 100h, and then every 500h. Adjust the packing gland frequently to ensure that the leakage in the packing chamber is normal (it is appropriate to leak in drops)
