3. The power supply of the machine must be three-phase power supply and grounded in accordance with local power regulations

4. Before any electrical box is opened, the machine must be completely isolated from the power supply. The main switch of the three-phase power supply of the machine must be turned off and clearly marked on the machine and in the operating area of the staff

5. The main power switch must be locked in the off position with a relatively stable device. Please note that! Even if the main insulator is closed, the incoming main line still supplies power

6. The marking of power supply should be displayed on the machine and control box to warn the staff working in the power system

7. Before the main power switch is turned on and the power of the machine is restored, the door of the machine's power control box must be closed tightly

8. The staff doing power maintenance and inspection must be trained in power professional knowledge. Please confirm the standby circuit diagram before maintenance

10 Limit switches and other protective equipment shall not be arbitrarily short circuited or bypassed

section 4: safety measures for hydraulic system

7. When repairing and adding hydraulic oil, if oil remains on the ground, be sure to clean it or pour it into the oil tank

At this time, it will not display or send out alarm information. In this case, the machine will not operate

when the servo motor is abnormal, some codes will be displayed on the display of the servo driver to inform of abnormal conditions. If such conditions occur, please refer to the instructions or contact the pipe bender manufacturer

1. Since there is a high-voltage circuit inside the servo driver, please do not touch it during operation. Besides, please do not disassemble or repair the pipe bender unless specified by the manufacturer

2. During a period of time just after the power is cut off, the driver is full of high voltage. If you want to contact the terminal block or the driver, please turn off the power for 5 minutes before operation

3. Do not touch the driver, motor and surrounding machines because the temperature will rise during operation. Especially when the external regenerative resistance is connected, sometimes the rising resistance will reach high temperature, so do not touch it

2. Do not install, adjust or move the mold without reading or understanding the mold installation instructions in the instruction manual

3. Do not wear ties, jewelry or loose clothes when working or close to the machine

4. If the mold is too heavy to be lifted by hand, appropriate mechanical lifting methods should be used. A lifting ring shall be installed on the mold, and the lifting ring shall be used to maintain the stability of the mold parts during the hanging process

5. Before installing the mold, wipe it clean and remove dust, metal chips or other foreign dirt. Otherwise, it will cause mismatching, personal injury or damage to machines and molds

6. In order to carry out different operations, when it is necessary to change the setting of the pipe bender control, please first confirm whether the setting of the selector switch is correct. Before performing the bending work, please test run to make sure that the operation is correct

7. The elbow lubricating oil will make the surrounding area slippery and dirty the mold area. Handle the mold carefully. When bending, insert the end of the pipe coated with absorbent paint into the safe and practical range of the mold, so as to prevent the elbow lubricating oil from dripping on the machine

8. When the pipe bender cannot run or nobody operates, even for a short time, please check the settings of all switches before restarting the machine
